During the installation and maintenance of Teflon conveyor belts, the following points should be noted:

During installation:

1. Ensure the installation environment is clean to prevent impurities from affecting the belt's operation.

2. Correctly adjust the belt tension; it should not be too loose, causing misalignment or slippage, nor too tight, affecting the belt's lifespan.

3. Ensure all components are securely installed, especially the connections to the drive and driven devices.

During maintenance:

1. Regularly check the conveyor belt for damage, cracks, etc., and repair or replace it promptly.

2. Clean any adhering substances from the conveyor belt to prevent accumulation that could affect performance.

3. Check the guide strips for integrity; address any looseness or wear immediately.

4. Avoid prolonged overload conditions to prevent excessive stretching and deformation.

5. Pay attention to the storage environment; avoid high temperatures, humidity, acidic or alkaline environments that could damage the conveyor belt.
