Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: During operation, Teflon mesh belts absorb dust, oil, and other impurities, which can affect their performance and lifespan. Therefore, regular cleaning is necessary. For cleaning, use a soft brush or damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the mesh belt to remove impurities. For stubborn oil stains, a suitable cleaning agent can be used, but be sure to choose an agent that is non-corrosive to the mesh belt. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry.

Regular Inspection and Maintenance:
1. Check the wear condition of the mesh belt: Regularly check the surface of the mesh belt for wear, scratches, or other defects. If severe wear is found, replace the belt promptly to avoid affecting production safety.

2. Check the connection points: Check whether the connection points of the mesh belt are secure and whether the connectors are loose or damaged. If any problems are found, tighten or replace them promptly.

3. Check the support components: Check the operation of support components such as rollers and idlers for jamming, abnormal noises, or other problems. At the same time, check whether the surface of the supporting components is smooth and free from defects such as wear or deformation. If any problems are found, repair or replace them promptly.

4. Lubrication Maintenance: Regularly lubricate the bearings, chains, and other parts of the transmission device to reduce friction and extend their service life. Choose a suitable lubricant and lubricate according to the specified time and method.
